Our data team is also thrilled to announce important industry and power analytics updates! What do they consist of? Put simply, the metrics behind the 6-digit NAICS code (accessible via our Industry Finder) have been improved for US-based companies. Searches conducted through our heat map analysis tool (for county-level data) now contain the latest data sets, including numbers for 2021.

Interesting industries worth exploring include 493110 – General Warehousing and Storage (pictured below) as well as 511210 – Software Publishers. Both are performing relatively well across the East and West coast. 336390 - Other Motor Vehicle Parts Manufacturing have not performed as highly but continue to show resilience. On the other hand, 311612 – Meat Processed from Carcasses continues to suffer from their 2020 losses.
