What is the official news?

Lightcast, a leader in labor market analytics, announced its acquisition of Gazelle on April 12, 2023.

How will this impact me?

There are no changes. All of your touchpoints remain the same. You can access Gazelle the same way you have before, and your subscription remains unchanged. Your point of contact at Gazelle remains as is, and you can expect the same service level and support.

While there will be some changes that we’ll be communicating in the coming weeks, and months, for now, it remains business as usual.

Will the Gazelle team and my contacts remain the same?

All of your contacts remain the same. Our entire staff is now part of the Lightcast family, but there won't be any changes to the people you'll be working with or the level of service you've come to expect from us.

What are the benefits of Lightcast and Gazelle joining forces?

This is an exciting and positive move for everyone. It means we're now a stronger company with more resources, skills, and data to serve our clients better. In joining forces with Lightcast, we’ll bring together two complementary pioneers in the business intelligence and labor market analytics space. Our combined company will enable us to deliver even greater value, data and actionable insights.

What’s next for Gazelle?

Our Account Executives, Data Scientists, Customer Success reps and the entire Gazelle team are driven to provide you with the best data insights to solve your most pressing needs. This commitment is stronger than ever during this exciting time.

How is the acquisition impacting Gazelle 2.0?

Gazelle 2.0 will still be delivered. The team is making progress toward its release. The acquisition is positively impacting the number of resources allocated to this project. The company is eager to share the improved platform with you soon.

Will the other Lightcast products be included in Gazelle?

The Gazelle product will remain separate from the other Lightcast products.

How can I learn about using Gazelle and Lightcast data?

Did you know, since launching in 2017, Gazelle’s incorporated Lightcast data in its platform? This data provides invaluable insights for the team and our subscribers. We’d love to share how both data sets can be used together. Feel free to contact your Account Manager to learn more.

What are the impacts of Gazelle’s new login page?

The login to Gazelle’s platform will soon be hosted on the Lightcast website, however, your access and credentials remain the same. We recommend bookmarking the new login page for easy access. We kindly ask you to contact us if you have any issues connecting to Gazelle.

Should I continue visiting the Gazelle website?

Gazelle’s website will be shutting down in the coming weeks. To ensure a smooth transition, Gazelle’s content is gradually being moved to the Lightcast website. You are encouraged to start referring to the Gazelle page on Lightcast’s website for any information you may need.

Will there be changes to Gazelle’s branding and/or product name?

At this time, the only brand change is that Gazelle.ai is now simply referred to as Gazelle. You will promptly be informed about any future branding updates, as we value transparency.

How will customer support and communication be affected?

Gazelle is committed to maintaining consistent customer support and communication throughout the transition. Our client services team will continue delivering the same level of support you are familiar with. Your Account Managers will gladly assist you in addressing any inquiries or concerns you may have.

Gazelle’s Client Services common email (used for support-related inquiries) is also going to be updated in the coming weeks. This will also be communicated to you.
