Requirements For Requesting A Trade Show

Before requesting a trade show, please know that we have set forth requirements to ensure the highest quality data is available to our customers. To determine whether this data is uploaded to our platform we have outlined the requirements that must be met before we can submit your request to our development team.

Before submitting your trade show request please ensure it has:

  • A minimum of 50 exhibitors

  • An international focus

  • The trade show must have an exhibitor list or the client must have access to the list if not available on the trade show website. If there is no list made available we cannot upload this trade show to our platform

  • We can no longer upload a trade show that already occurred (months/years)

  • Must be an actual trade show

    • No local meetings

Notice Period:

For any request, we require 30 business days in order to process a request. For example, if a client requests a trade show on February 15th, the earliest date we can upload that show will be April.
