Once you have put together your unique search in the Company Finder, let’s save the company results in a CSV file you can open in Excel.

To start, hit the Download button next to the Saved Companies button above your company list.

A pop-up window will allow you to select the company information you want to include in your file.

In the example below, we’ve selected the G-Score and the company VPs. The download can be limited to your ‘Selected Results’ (done by ticking the box next to a company’s name), or to the Top 100 or Top 500 results. In this example, we’ve hit the Top 100.

Once you’ve decided on the information and number of results you want in your download, hit the Download button on the bottom right, and a CSV file will appear in your computer’s downloads folder.

The CSV format makes it easy to manipulate the data in Excel or to import it into your own CRM!

Pro-user tip: If you are saving your companies to a folder, you can then download the entire folder – meaning you can download more than the Top 500!

Happy Gazelle-ing!
